I ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the start time of your appointment. Cancelations or rescheduled appointments should be made with a 48 hour notice. Without a 24 hour notice you may be charged 50% of your service cost. No shows will be charged 100% of your service cost and must be paid prior to your next appointment. With this said, I am extremely understanding and know that life happens. Please remember this is my business and I appreciate your respect and understanding.
